Scott was AWESOME! Here and gone quickly. Fixed the issue, tuned up the furnace, ordered a part and some filters and was on his way. He also took the time to answer my questions and educated me on my thermostat!

Had a great experience with Bears today! We called on a holiday weekend due to no air flow or AC in our home. The service tech, Scott arrived within 2 hours, was very kind and knowledgeable! Showed me and provided an explanation to every issue he found. Defrosted our condenser, added freon and helped to ensure we had the most efficient system possible. We have had Bears service our previous home, and have always been impressed with the staff and the overall quality service! Very impressed!

Scott did an excellent job. He listened to a problem that I have had with the boiler for a few years and kept working until he figured it out. I have been unable to use my basement heat for a couple of years as I couldn't regulate it. He discovered a sticking valve that would over heat my basement beyond comfort level. Now hopefully it will be able to be controlled as it should with the thermostat. Thank you Scott for you diligence and for fixing my other problem with the boiler!

Appreciated the arrival notification. Service technician Scott was timely, courteous and very knowledgeable. He got our gas fireplace working like new. Would recommend Bears for anyone having fireplace problems.

Cody was very nice. He came out at around 9:45 p.m. as our furnace did not work. I called another service company and was told that they couldn't come out until Monday. This was not satisfactory since it's way below zero and we needed heat in the house. I called Bears and explained my situation to them and they said that they would have their technician, who was at another site, come as soon as he was done. Cody was very professional and had to go and pick up a part for the furnace. I would recommend Bears and Cody to anybody who needs furnace service.
