We had a vent put in the above the stove microwave to the outside. Cody and his helper were very friendly and efficient. They made sure to completely cleanup after the job was done. The vent works perfectly. I can now cook in my oven without setting off alarms. Would definitely recommend them. Update: We called Bears again for our heater. We had a leak. Once again, they were very helpful and not only fixed the issue but did a complete checkup on our unit. Before calling Bears on the original post. We called 3 other places and never received a call back. Bears was the only company to call us back and are very easy to communicate with. 10 🌟

We couldn’t be more happy with the service we received from Cody at Bear’s! He responded quickly when we had a problem with our furnace over the weekend and it was a relatively simple fix, but he also took the time to thoroughly diagnosed all the other potential causes and explained our options in a very helpful manner. Thank you so much Cody!

Bears, specifically Cody, helped us out greatly on Christmas Eve! They came out promptly, had wonderful communication, and fixed the problem promptly! 10/10 would recommend!!

Braden was great! We had a couple of things we had him look at. He unclogged our bathroom sink and now it works amazingly. He also looked at our toilet in our bathroom come to find out we needed a new toilet. He installed our toilet in a very timely manner and even took all the boxes and the old toilet with him. I am extremely satisfied with Bears. Overall, the experience was great, easy and painless. Would 100% recommend them to anyone.

We were very satisfied with Braden's service call inspection on our AC unit. He was very efficent, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous in explaning everything he was doing. We would give him a very high rating and recommendation.
