Our sump pump quit working properly this morning and Bears Home Solutions quickly dispatched Braden to our residence knowing this was an issue with the rain we've recently had. He installed a new sump pump and the other parts we needed and he explained to us exactly what was going wrong with our old pump. Great job done by Braden to get our sump pump system working properly again before we had an issue in our basement!

My service technician was Dennis. He was very professional very knowledgeable also set up a checkup for my air conditioner this spring and a checkup for my furnace this fall. I had him change my pool heater from natural gas to propane and it seemed like no trouble at all.
Chrisopher texted and called telling us he was coming and an estimated time. There was even a picture of him in our text. He arrived on time and was very friendly and listened to our concerns about our air conditioning unit. After looking at the unit he gave us an estimate and then got to work quickly. He explained every step and we appreciated the care he took. He even gave lots of attention to our pups. Great technician and a great company. Would recommend this company and this technician to everyone.
