Bears came out within 5 hours of my call, which is pretty good! Other companies couldn't guarantee same day heating service and it's the day after a huge blizzard. Everything was carefully explained to me and I felt the price was reasonable. The service tech, Christopher, was knowledgeable, fast, and polite. I'm a landlord and he's been to some of my other properties and I've always had good service from this company!

Thank you to Chris and the team at Bears Home Solution for fixing our furnace right up in -10 degree weather! They were super responsive when we first called and have a great system set to get on the waitlist, with a text message and call prior to coming over. Chris was able to quickly diagnose the issue and repair. He was super upbeat and friendly, exactly the energy we needed after a long day. Thank you Chris for your tremendous service!

Chris was very responsive and helpful with questions I had about my whole house humidifier. Definitely going to stick with Bears when we make a move to Moorhead.

I was told pretty much the worse case scenario for my old furnace, but I couldn't have asked anyone better to deliver the news to me. Josh was extremely fast at arriving, was very informative, was transparent about the cost and didn't add-on any unnecessary charges for his stop.
