Josh did his job and explained things. He chatted for a few minutes and left, exactly the way I like it. He didn’t poke around where he didn’t belong and it was refreshing and very, very much appreciated! He’s always welcome here please don’t send anyone else!
We contacted the on-call dispatch and Josh was here in about 15 - 20 minutes after we had called. We had initially called our normal heating/cooling repair, but they said they wouldn’t be able to fix our heat until the next morning. Great service, explained in detail what was going on, what to watch out for or do ourselves in the future to avoid new issues. Also, really appreciate that they send you a text message with a picture of the technician headed your way. Strongly contemplating about permanently switching our regular heating and cooling maintenance to Bears. Thanks!!
I am so impressed with Bears Home Solutions and Jake. This company and Jake in my hour of need came to my rescue when no other HVAC company I normally worked with would commit when I called with my situation. Jake with Bears Home Solutions was knowledgeable, considerate, efficient, very thorough, and had constant communication. I am 100% satisfied with Bears Home Solutions and will continue doing business with them!
Awesome and knowledgeable service! I tried to diagnose the problem myself, I was wrong of course, but Jake didn't make me feel dumb about it. He offered helpful advise on maintaining my system and on future update projects! Will be working with them again!
My furnace went out over the weekend and Bears was there within a few hours to fix it in the middle of winter. I’m so grateful for their quick and professional response. Jake was polite, kind and extremely helpful.
