Jake at Bear Home Solutions was and is nowhere short of amazing. Absolutely love the fact that he not only called me to let me know when hed be arriving but he also texted me a picture of him so I'd know what he looked like. I have little ones and this small text helped ease some worries I have. He was very nice, considerate, understanding, and professional. If you have little kiddos, you is great with them as well. My furnace wouldn't work and it was getting really cold. He came out very quickly, figured out the problem and fixed it in no time. It must've been only 20 minutes or so, it didn't seem like it took that long at all. He explained and showed us the problem(welded igniter). The price was cheaper than others that I had called and the time for him to be able to fix it was sooner than others as well. From my family to you Jake and Bear Home Solutions, we appreciate you and thank you so much! We are definitely a long term customer! Strongly and highly recommend Jake!
Colin was very knowledgeable and thorough. He gave me many options to maintain my AC and furnace. Would welcome him back into my home for future maintenance.

Colin from Bears did a superb job on servicing my air conditioning system. Colin called my attention to a piece that was no longer functioning at peak performance level. Colin noticed that my uv light was due for replacement bulbs. He installed the new bulbs. Colin brought out a new box of filters for my furnace. He also cleaned the filter tray and replaced the filter. It was a pleasure to have Colin come out to perform the maintenance check on my A/C.
Called to get my A/C tune up. Colin was on time and very friendly. He did find a couple parts that he recommended I have replaced, he showed me pictures and explained what they were and why I should consider it with no pressure. I agreed and he fixed the issues.
