Mike did a great job, was very helpful, and offered advice for what to look out for in the future. He also got us signed up for the maintenance program which will be a great insurance piece down the road if anything comes up. 100% recommend.
Steve was creative in proposing solutions for my laundry room, upgrading some vintage plumbing. He does meticulous work, and I recommend him most highly.

Steve came 2 hours one way, 2 days in a row. Within a day and a half I had all new pipes, new flooring and the cleanest basement that had a sewer leak you have ever seen! 100% recommend Bears. They communicated time, cost and options really well. More importantly, Steve had great customer service! I had been without restrooms, showers or laundry or dishes for 3 days. 2 different companies couldnt get out here for another week. Bears had Steve here within 48 hours and by the very next day I am washing clothes and have a floor again. Beyond grateful for the help and the great service!
We had Steve from Bears out today to help us with our pipes that weren't draining well. First, I want to mention is Steve was the first repair person that had come to our home from Bears. He was the one who won us over and gained our business. He did a fabulous job, was knowledgeable, kind and honest. Because he did so well, we used them for our heating and AC as well. We are very happy with the technicians that have come and done service in our home. They do their best to get you the best deal and their work is top notch. Can't ask for more than that! Highly recommend Bears for any plumbing or heating or air conditioning needs.
