Absolutely outstanding job and service. Blaine and Matt were professional, communicated clearly, and completed the job exactly when they said they would. A lot of demolition to install new equipment and ductwork, and not a speck of anything was left to clean up. Extremely kind as well. If you're shopping around for a company, stop looking-I highly recommend Bears for any installation or repair.
We had Taylor help us get a new furnace and AC unit recently. He was very thorough with getting information from us to make sure we were getting exactly what we needed for our house. He worked with us to find a unit that was in our price range and was going to be reliable and a good fit for us! He was very helpful and prompt! We had a new furnace/AC set up a little over a week after we met with him!
Taylor was BEYOND thorough and talked me through everything that needed to be done. They were able to start replacing my units the following day to ensure I would have heat this weekend with the freezing temps. Would definitely recommend!!
