Tanner did an awesome job on a complicated shower leak problem. Because of old outdated pipes he had a tough job ahead of him. But he came up with a plan and fixed the leak the same day with the parts he had on hand which made me more than happy and grateful!!!
Had to have some parts replaced on a bathroom toilet. Tanner came on time as he always does and completely took care of the concerns. All the work was explained and a detailed cost was provided. All work areas were cleaned. He is extremely knowledgeable and very precise. I have used Bears for 20+ years and they have provided excellent service.
