As usual, great customer service experience today. Tanner very thoroughly inspected all plumbing in the house including the sump pump, flushed the water heater and replaced old valves along with a very much needed toilet tank kit. He answered all of my questions without hesitation, explained all the recommended work and cleaned up before leaving. Great job - thanks! 👍🏼 I will next see an HVAC Bears technician in the spring for an air conditioner system inspection and again in the fall for an end of season furnace inspection! All divisions of Bears help to keep my home systems in tip-top working condition. 🙂
Tanner Baumann is the guy to call for any plumbing repairs/issues! He is professional, courteous and excels at his job. We had a leak at the water valve behind the washer, he removed the copper pipes and removed them from a cramped opening. Then installed a completely new copper tube assembly with shutoff valves. Reinstalled hoses and functioned washer checking for leaks. We highly recommend Tanner for any plumbing issue, he’s the guy! Thank you Bears Home Solutions 👍👍👍👍👍
Jordan did an excellent job. Very friendly and professional. He arrived on time as scheduled and completed the task (cold water inlet line to water heater leaking at water heater) quickly and efficiently. No mess. Thanks for getting our hot water back on Jordan.

Kevin came at the scheduled time to replace our water heater, got the job done in a timely manner, and was professional and very polite and friendly. Answered any questions we had about everything. Would recommend Bears for any heating or cooling needs!
