Had a great experience with Kevin at Bears. He was very knowledgeable and talked me through everything he did so I could learn. I was given an accurate quote before the services were rendered and he performed the repairs quickly/efficiently. He cleaned up the area after the repair was completed was nice. He was easy to talk to and kind to my pets. I will definitely be calling him again for any repairs needed!
Kevin was awesome and serviced our water heater TMP valve quickly, and he offered up some solid education about the water system. I'm happy to have Bears as the main servicer for all my home systems so I don't have to worry about anything and folks like Kevin can wrangle issues. Cool dude, 10/10.
Tevin came to replace my garbage disposal. He was very pleasant and did a great job on the installation, making sure there were no leaks upon completion and that it was in working order. This was my first time I have used Bears Home Solutions and was impressed with their overall treatment of their customers.
