I learned so much about my furnace this morning. Craig was fantastic! Clear information and directions on how to resolve certain issues and why it may have happened in the first place. His recommendation on replacing a part was thoroughly explained so we understood why it was a needed update. Top notch service!

I have previously gone with another company for my HVAC and plumbing needs. After a not great experience with the other company, I decided to contact Bears. The guys that have been out to do service for me are awesome! Craig was here to check the A/C unit and he was super patient. He actually took the time to explain everything to me so that I understoodwhat he was doing. Mike was here to check out the garbage disposal and ended up replacing it in no time flat. Everyone I have had contact with is super friendly and personable. It's like visiting with a friend while they fix/replace whatever happens to be broken or not working right. Highly recommend the Bears team!

Craig knows his stuff and is able to explain complex things with ease while he fixes both the expected as well as unexpected issues that occur while maintaining equipment. Super friendly and easy to talk to. I always look forward to Craig visits!!
